Shipping Policy – Forest Native

At Forest Native, we offer a variety of unique items — some of which are produced and shipped directly by us from Portugal, while others are fulfilled via trusted international partners through dropshipping or Print-On-Demand (POD) services.

Please review the information below to understand how shipping works depending on the product type and destination:

1. Handmade Products – Shipped from Portugal

For products that are handmade and fulfilled by us locally:

  • Processing Time: We take up to 3 business days to prepare and pack your order.

  • Shipping Time (Portugal): Estimated delivery is within 3 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Time (EU & International Express): Estimated delivery is within 3 business days after dispatch, via express courier.

2. International Dropshipping Products

Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers located around the world. These products are clearly marked or specified in the product description.

  • Processing Time: Up to 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: Typically between 7–27 days, depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse.

  • Delivery Locations: Products will be delivered directly to your home or to your local pickup point, depending on the local carrier.

3. Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

For items produced by POD services (e.g. clothing, accessories, home goods):

  • Production Time: Approximately 7 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–14 business days, depending on your location and the manufacturer’s facility.
