Forest Native sells handmade and curated goods such as clothing, jewelry, clay art, and resin-based (שרפים) items. Some products may be fulfilled through third-party Print-on-Demand (POD) or dropshipping partners. Orders may be produced or shipped by different suppliers depending on product type and availability.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be the legal age of majority in your country of residence. If you are underage, you may only use our services with parental consent.

4. Orders

  • Orders are offers to buy, not binding contracts until accepted by us.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason, including stock errors or suspected fraud.

  • You are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting.

Note: Orders that include POD or dropshipped products may have longer fulfillment times or be shipped separately.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are added at checkout.

  • Payments must be made in full before an order is processed.

  • We accept secure payment methods provided via Shopify's payment gateway.

6. Product Information & Availability

We do our best to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, because many items are handmade or printed on demand, variations in color, size, or finish may occur. We cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects product colors.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship to countries within the European Union.

  • Handmade and POD/dropshipped items may have different production and delivery times.

  • Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order is shipped, risk and title pass to you.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • We reserve 14 days after receiving the returned item to inspect and approve or reject a refund.

9. POD & Dropshipping Disclaimer

Some of our products may be fulfilled by third-party print providers or dropshipping partners. In these cases:

  • Products may ship from different locations and arrive separately.

  • Return policies may vary by product type and fulfillment method.

  • We are not responsible for manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or quality issues related to third-party providers, though we will work to resolve any problem with fairness.
